Job summary

Solta Medical in the United States is seeking a Sales Representative – Capital & Consumables to drive total revenue growth across capital equipment and consumables within a defined territory. This dual-role position combines new business development, account expansion, clinical education, and consumable sales growth.

You will build strong relationships with aesthetic physicians, conduct on-site demonstrations and trainings, support local workshops and tradeshows, and collaborate with Clinical,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least 2 years of medical device, aesthetic, or capital equipment sales experience.
• Proven success in new business development and account growth roles.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with ability to influence decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual territory sales quotas for capital and consumable product lines.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and referrals.
• Execute effective territory coverage, call planning, and pipeline management to maximize selling time and results.
• Provide on-site product demonstrations and training to drive utilization and ensure high satisfaction among customers.
• Educate customers on product indications, contraindications, safety, and outcomes to reinforce clinical confidence and commitment.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts consistent with company pricing and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM data to ensure visibility into pipeline and business performance.
