Job summary

Solta Medical in the United States is seeking a Sales Representative – Capital & Consumables to drive revenue across a defined territory, combining capital equipment sales with consumable product growth.

The role requires exceptional relationship-building, territory management, and cross-functional collaboration, with previous experience in aesthetics or medical devices and willingness to travel up to 75%. Base pay ranges from $90k to $120k, with bonus or incentive plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in medical device, aesthetic, or capital equipment sales.
• Proven ability in new business development and account growth.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Technical aptitude to learn complex technologies and treatment protocols.
• Experience selling to physicians and healthcare professionals in FDA-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual territory sales quotas for capital and consumables.
• Identify and develop new opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and referrals.
• Execute territory coverage, call planning, and pipeline management to maximize selling time.
• Provide on-site product demonstrations and training to drive utilization and satisfaction.
• Educate customers on product indications, safety, and outcomes to bolster clinical confidence.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts in line with pricing and compliance.
• Maintain forecasting and CRM data to ensure visibility into pipeline and performance.
