Job summary

Solta Medical is seeking a Sales Representative for Capital & Consumables to drive revenue across a defined U.S. territory, including Billings, Provo, and Salt Lake City.

The role combines new business development, account growth, clinical education, and consumable sales growth with on-site demonstrations and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of medical device or aesthetic sales, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of medical device, aesthetic, or capital equipment sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in new business development and account growth.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual territory sales quotas for capital and consumables.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
• Execute territory coverage, call planning, and pipeline management to maximize selling time and results.
• Provide on-site product demonstrations and training to drive utilization and ensure high satisfaction.
