Solta Medical is seeking a highly consultative Sales Representative for Capital & Consumables to drive revenue growth across a defined territory. The role emphasizes new customer acquisition, account expansion, clinical education, and consumable sales, with strong collaboration across Clinical, Marketing, and Inside Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in medical device, aesthetic, or capital equipment sales.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Technical aptitude to learn complex technologies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual territory sales quotas for capital and consumables.
• Identify and develop new opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and referrals.
• Execute territory coverage, call planning, and pipeline management for max selling time.
• Provide on-site product demonstrations and training to drive utilization and customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on indications, contraindications, safety, and outcomes to reinforce confidence.
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts in line with pricing and compliance.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM data for pipeline visibility.
