Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to promote its product portfolio within the Medical Spa space. You will initiate contact with potential clients via phone and email, deliver persuasive presentations, and drive sales through strong product knowledge and customer service.

Role requires 3+ years in sales (ideally aesthetics or medical devices), a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and ability to meet quarterly targets while maintaining ethical standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in aesthetics or medical devices.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of aesthetics products and industry.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and email using provided leads to introduce Tiger Aesthetics products.
• Route qualified opportunities to Territory Manager for development and closure.
• Deliver persuasive product presentations outlining products, features and benefits.
• Understand customer needs and the sales process through internal system.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales objectives and goals.
• Foster lasting relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Demonstrate professional, compliant and ethical behavior during all interactions.
• Conduct follow-up service calls post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO standards, cGMP/CGTP, and internal SOPs.
