This fully operational role supports providers, front desk, and back-office functions, with a strong emphasis on precision, anticipation, and patient dignity.

Qualifications

• Precision in inventory counts, tray prep, and restocking.
• Anticipation— you’re three steps ahead of the schedule at all times.
• Ownership & Accountability—the state of the studio is a direct reflection of your standard, and you own it.
• Reliability— every provider and every patient depends on you showing up ready
• Friday and Saturday availability— Mandatory

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify procedure trays with precision before procedures.
• Open and close studio, counting inventory at start and end of each shift.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to exact, consistent standards.
• Keep daily goals and studio flow aligned with provider schedules.
• Coordinate provider breaks and meals to prevent schedule stalls.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively.
• Document patient charts and before/after photos accurately.
• Support front desk tasks as needed and take on special projects.
