Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) in West Palm Beach to lead consultations, design treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey. You’ll qualify leads, present financing options, and collaborate with clinicians to deliver a premium patient experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in luxury or high-ticket consultative sales, are comfortable in a commission-first environment, and can work weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure; base pay is the floor, not the goal.
• Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered.
• Weekend availability required.
• Motivated by results.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
• Present treatment plans and financing options.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a premium patient experience from arrival through checkout.
• Use LaserAway's CRM to manage leads and patient history.
