Job summary

LaserAway in the United States is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to own each consultation from first hello through long‑term loyalty, designing personalized treatment plans and guiding patients along their aesthetic journey.

You’ll conduct one‑on‑one consultations, educate clients on laser, body contouring and injectable services, present treatment plans and financing options, and partner with clinicians to deliver a premium experience from arrival to checkout.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Own one-on-one consultations from first hello through long-term loyalty.
• Design customized treatment plans and guide patients through their aesthetic journey.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services; present treatment plans and financing options.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a seamless, premium patient experience from arrival through checkout.
