LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to own consultations, craft customized treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey.

You will work with a CRM to manage a steady pipeline of leads, with a base pay of $20/hr plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Weekend availability is required for peak patient flow, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Polished, confident, and patient-centric in every interaction.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Guide patients through their aesthetic journey from first visit to loyalty.
• Educate patients on treatments and financing options, partnering with clinicians.
