Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to own consultative patient relationships from first hello through long-term loyalty. You’ll drive treatment plans, educate on services, and navigate financing options to help patients achieve exciting results.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in luxury or high-ticket consultative sales and are comfortable in a commission-first structure. Weekend availability is required to meet patient demand in our premium clinics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Weekend availability required.
• Base pay is the floor, not the goal; commission-driven earnings.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and own patient relationships.
• Design customized treatment plans and guide patients through their aesthetic journey.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services; present financing options.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver premium patient experience from arrival to checkout.
• Use LaserAway's CRM to manage leads and patient history for prepared consultations.
