LaserAway in West Palm Beach, FL is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant). You will own consultations, design personalized treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey, from first hello to long-term loyalty.

The role rewards performance with base $18/hr plus uncapped commission and monthly bonuses; average earnings $70,000–$95,000 per year. Weekend availability is required, and comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure; base pay is the floor, not the goal.
• Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction.
• Weekend availability required; this is when our patients come to us.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
• Present treatment plans and financing options.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to ensure premium patient experience.
• Use LaserAway's CRM to manage leads and patient history.
