LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) in Michigan to own one-on-one consultations, design customized treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey from first hello to long-term loyalty.

You’ll work with our CRM, present plans and financing, and partner with clinicians and the Location Director to deliver a premium patient experience. Weekend availability and a commission-driven earnings model with uncapped upside are part of the role.

Competenze

2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
Weekend availability required.
Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction.

Mansioni

Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
Present treatment plans and financing options.
Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a premium patient experience from arrival through checkout.
Utilize LaserAway’s CRM to maintain a steady pipeline of leads and patient history for prepared consultations.
