European Wax Center in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Aesthetic Sales Consultant to drive guest experiences and sales with energetic, knowledgeable service. You’ll share service expertise, build guest profiles, and collaborate with Wax Specialists to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• P.O.S. Software experience preferred.
• Experience with KPI and Sales Goals within a retail or beauty environment preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Always maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Consistency in attendance and a dedication to reliability
• Upholds a driven, outgoing, and personable disposition

Requirements

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods.

• Predominantly indoor working conditions.
• Regular use of tablets, phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
• Noise level typically ranges from low to moderate.
• Fast-paced environment with intermittent periods of heavy workload.

Salary Description

Avg. $16-$25/hour incl. base, bonus, commission
