European Wax Center in Allen, TX is seeking a Waxer - Esthetician to deliver waxing services, educate guests, and create a welcoming experience. You will be the go-to expert, helping guests feel confident and cared for while maintaining the highest standards of safety and sanitation.

• Personalize guest experiences using EWC terminology and tailor interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the wax suite and center.

Requirements

Job Experience/Skill Set:

• State Esthetician or Cosmetologist license
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A positive, outgoing, and personable disposition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Consistency in attendance and a dedication to reliability
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, upbeat environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods.
• Regular use of upper extremities to type, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

• Predominantly indoor working conditions.
• Work with hot or hazardous equipment such as wax pots.
• Regular use of tablets, phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
• Noise level typically ranges from low to moderate.
• Fast-paced environment with intermittent periods of heavy workload.

Salary Description

$17-$35/hour incl base, bonus & commission
