European Wax Center in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Aesthetic Sales Consultant, also called a Guest Experience Associate, to deliver exceptional service and unforgettable experiences while educating guests about services, products, and wax passes.

You will leverage guest profiles and collaborate with Wax Specialists to maximize sales, with opportunities for commissions, bonuses, and career growth in a fast-paced beauty environment that values excellence, integrity, and fun.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• POS software experience preferred.
• Experience with KPI and Sales Goals within a retail or beauty environment preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Always maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Consistency in attendance and a dedication to reliability.
• Upholds a driven, outgoing, and personable disposition.

Requirements

Job Experience/Skill Set:

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods.

• Predominantly indoor working conditions.
• Regular use of tablets, phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment.

Salary Description

Avg. $16-$25/hour incl. base, bonus, commission
