Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a dynamic Aesthetic Sales Consultant in Tempe to educate guests on our services, wax passes, and products while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will collaborate with Wax Specialists, analyze guest profiles, and pursue sales opportunities through engaging outreach. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required, with compensation focused on base pay plus commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of sales and customer service experience preferred.
• P.O.S. Software experience preferred.
• Experience with KPI and sales goals in retail/beauty environment preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Share and explain services, products, and wax passes to guests to enhance the Guest Experience.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• P.O.S. Software experience preferred.
• Experience with KPI and Sales Goals within a retail or beauty environment preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Always maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods.
• Regular use of upper extremities to type, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms.

Work Environment

• Predominantly indoor working conditions.
• Regular use of tablets, phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment.

Salary Description

Avg. $16-$25/hour incl. base, bonus, commission
