Job summary

European Wax Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking an energetic Aesthetic Sales Consultant to help guests feel confident, beautiful, and empowered. As a Guest Experience Associate, you will share service knowledge, assist with product recommendations, and drive sales in a fast-paced beauty environment.

You will analyze guest profiles, collaborate with Wax Specialists, and participate in guest outreach to bring experts back to the community.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• P.O.S. Software experience preferred.
• Experience with KPI and Sales Goals within a retail or beauty environment preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to open/close the center; this is a key holder position.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

Job Experience/Skill Set:

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods.
• Regular use of upper extremities to type, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment

• Predominantly indoor working conditions.
• Regular use of tablets, phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
• Noise level typically ranges from low to moderate.
• Fast-paced environment with intermittent periods of heavy workload.

Salary Description

Avg. $16-$25/hour incl. base, bonus, commission
