European Wax Center is seeking a Guest Experience Associate in Scottsdale, AZ to deliver exceptional service and help guests leave with confidence by sharing product expertise and embracing sales incentives.

You will analyze guest profiles with Wax Specialists to maximize opportunities and sales, engage in guest outreach, and promote wax passes while building a rewarding sales career. Join a vibrant team with growth potential and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of sales and customer service experience preferred.
• POS software experience preferred.
• Experience with KPI and sales goals within a retail or beauty environment preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; key holder position.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Consistency in attendance and dedication to reliability.
• Upholds a driven, outgoing, and personable disposition.

Requirements

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods.

Work Environment

• Predominantly indoor working conditions.
• Regular use of tablets, phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
• Noise level typically ranges from low to moderate.
• Fast-paced environment with intermittent periods of heavy workload.

Salary Description

Avg. $16-$25/hour incl. base, bonus, commission.
