Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking an Aesthetic Sales Consultant to join our Chandler, AZ team. You will engage guests, share service knowledge, and drive sales while delivering unforgettable experiences and Unapologetic Confidence.

As a key member of our team, you will open and close the center as needed and participate in training to stay ahead in a fast-paced beauty retail environment. Excellent growth opportunities and sales incentives are available.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• POS Software experience preferred.
• Experience with KPI and Sales Goals within a retail or beauty environment preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position.

Requirements

Job Experience/Skill Set:

• 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• P.O.S. Software experience preferred.
• Experience with KPI and Sales Goals within a retail or beauty environment preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Always maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Consistency in attendance and a dedication to reliability
• Upholds a driven, outgoing, and personable disposition

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods.
• Regular use of upper extremities to type, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

• Predominantly indoor working conditions.
• Regular use of tablets, phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
• Noise level typically ranges from low to moderate.
• Fast-paced environment with intermittent periods of heavy workload.

Salary Description

Avg. $16-$25/hour incl. base, bonus, commission
