Job summary

European Wax Center in Chandler, AZ is seeking energetic Aesthetic Sales Consultants to drive guest engagement and sales. You’ll share service insights, help guests select waxing options, and collaborate with Wax Specialists to maximize opportunities while delivering exceptional experiences.

The role emphasizes a dynamic environment with growth potential, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and a base-plus-commission structure designed to reward performance.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• POS software experience preferred.
• Experience with KPI and Sales Goals within a retail or beauty environment preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Always maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position!
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Consistency in attendance and a dedication to reliability
• Upholds a driven, outgoing, and personable disposition.

Requirements

Job Experience/Skill Set:

• 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in sales and customer service preferred.


• P.O.S. Software experience preferred.

Physical Demands

Salary Description
