You will partner with marketing and senior leadership to implement strategies that elevate patient experience and long-term growth across the practice.

The role requires deep experience in medical aesthetics or luxury service, strong KPI and P&L skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading medical aesthetics, luxury retail, or high-end customer service teams.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs and financial performance.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in data analysis and translating insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Own location performance including revenue growth, patient retention, and operations.
• Monitor KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop strategies to drive patient acquisition, retention, and long-term growth.
