Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years of relevant management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of P&L and financial management principles.
• Proven leadership acumen with high-level business operations.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
• Exceptional communication skills that resonate with both team members and distinguished clientele.
• Open availability: Able to work Sunday through Saturday during operating hours, with a minimum of one Saturday and one Sunday per month.
• Background in medical aesthetics, luxury retail, or high-end customer service is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate operational excellence across the practice to ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Supervise staff and delegate tasks to optimize workflow.
• Design and implement strategies to elevate patient experience and business performance.
• Step in during periods of insufficient coverage to maintain smooth operations.
• Provide financial oversight and drive revenue growth to meet quarterly targets.
• Foster a luxury yet compassionate patient environment and refine service experiences.
• Ensure compliance with AMP policies, procedures, and SOPs; stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Manage inventory, conduct end-of-month and daily audits, and optimize stock levels.
• Oversee appointment scheduling to maximize patient satisfaction and staff efficiency.
• Maintain accurate patient records and protect confidentiality per HIPAA.
