The role emphasizes P&L oversight, strategic growth, and collaboration with marketing and HR. A strong background in medical aesthetics or luxury service is valued, with a focus on team development and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of relevant management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of P&L and financial management principles.
• Proven leadership acumen with high-level business operations.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
• Exceptional communication skills with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate operational excellence and supervise staff to optimize workflow.
• Participate in financial P&L oversight.
• Lead revenue growth and staff performance with clear guidance.
• Foster luxury, patient-focused experiences with professionalism and grace.
• Develop policies and SOPs to ensure AMP compliance.
