Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in aesthetics or luxury service, strong data-driven decision-making, and the ability to develop teams while elevating business performance. This is a full-time role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership or management experience in medical aesthetics, luxury retail, or high-end customer service.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of KPI management, financial literacy, business operations, and performance improvement.
• Strong computer and technical literacy skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead location performance including revenue growth, patient retention, and operational excellence.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Develop strategies to drive patient acquisition and long-term growth.
• Coach and develop all team members and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee front office operations, scheduling, and patient communication to ensure smooth clinic flow.
• Partner with marketing and regional leadership to execute strategic initiatives and ensure alignment.
