Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of management experience.
• Knowledge of P&L and financial management.
• Proven leadership of high-level business operations.
• Strong computer skills, MS Office and industry software.
• Excellent communication with staff and clients.
• Open availability, including weekends.
• Background in medical aesthetics or luxury customer service valued.
