Job summary

Advanced MedAesthetic Partners seeks a Practice Manager to lead the clinic's performance, growth, and day-to-day operations. This leadership role develops teams, drives patient experience, and ensures operational excellence.

The role collaborates with Regional Manager and Managing Partner to align with corporate goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and capable of coaching staff to deliver premium patient care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in medical aesthetics, luxury retail, or high-end customer service.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of KPI management, financial literacy (P&L management), business operations, and performance improvement.
• Strong computer and technical literacy skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Own location performance, including revenue growth, patient retention, and operational excellence.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies that drive patient acquisition, retention, and long-term growth.
• Utilize reporting and business data to guide decision-making and improve performance.
• Implement best practices and process improvements that enhance efficiency and results.
• Partner with marketing, the Regional Manager and Managing Partner to execute strategic initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop all team members within the practice.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development.
• Conduct regular coaching conversations and performance reviews.
• Develop future leaders and build a strong, engaged team.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the location team and senior leadership.
• Champion an exceptional patient experience from inquiry through retention.
• Manage escalated patient concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor patient feedback and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Partner with providers and front desk teams to create a seamless patient journey.
• Develop and execute retention and relationship-building strategies that support long-term patient growth.
