Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) in California. You’ll own one-on-one consultations, design customized treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey—from first hello to long‑term loyalty.

You will earn an $18.00/hr base plus uncapped commissions with bonuses; average first-year earnings range from $70,000 to $95,000. Weekend availability is required, and full training is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Weekend availability required.
• Polished, confident, and patient-centered in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations and educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
• Present treatment plans and financing options to patients.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a seamless, premium patient experience.
• Build a loyal patient book and drive long-term loyalty and revenue growth.
