LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) in Modesto, CA. You will own consultations, design treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey—creating trust from the first hello to long-term loyalty, with a premium patient experience.

Role offers a $20/hour base with uncapped commissions and average first-year earnings of $70,000–$95,000, plus full training, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and PTO. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Polished, confident, and patient-centered in every interaction.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Guide patients through their full aesthetic journey from initial hello to long-term loyalty.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services; present treatment plans and financing options.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a premium patient experience from arrival through checkout.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of leads via LaserAway's CRM and access patient history for consults.
