Job summary

LaserAway in California is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to own the consultation journey and drive revenue growth through customized treatment plans and strong patient relationships.

You will conduct luxury consultations, educate patients on laser and injectable services, and present financing options while collaborating with clinicians and the Location Director to ensure a seamless, premium experience from arrival to checkout.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure — base pay is the floor, not the goal; top performers drive their own earnings.
• Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction.
• Weekend availability required.
• Motivated by results — yours and your patients.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
• Present treatment plans and financing options.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a seamless, premium patient experience from arrival through checkout.
• Use CRM to manage leads and review patient history.
