Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to own the patient journey from first hello to long-term loyalty. You will conduct consultations, design personalized treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey with a focus on trust and results.

This full-time role requires weekend availability, offers a base of $16/hour plus uncapped commission and monthly bonuses, and includes comprehensive benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Weekend availability required.
• Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
• Present treatment plans and financing options and guide patients through their aesthetic journey.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a premium patient experience from arrival through checkout.
