In a luxury med-spa setting, you’ll thrive on a commission-first structure with a base pay and uncapped commissions. Weekend availability is required; average earnings range from $70,000 to $95,000 in the first year, with full training and benefits.

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Weekend availability required.
• Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations.
• Design customized treatment plans.
• Present treatment plans and financing options.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a seamless patient experience from arrival through checkout.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
