LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) in Corona, CA. You will lead one-on-one consultations, design customized treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey, from initial hello to long-term loyalty.

The role features a base pay of $18.00/hr plus uncapped commission, with average first-year earnings of $70,000–$95,000 and full training provided. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Commission-first structure: base pay is the floor, not the goal.
• Weekend availability required.
• Polished, confident, and patient‑centered in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
• Present treatment plans and financing options.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a premium patient experience from arrival through checkout.
• Build trust to convert first visits into long-term relationships.
