Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, seeks a field-based Business Development Manager to promote the Facial Aesthetics portfolio in the U.S. You will leverage relationships with clinicians and practices to meet sales goals through consultative selling of BOTOX, JUVEDERM, and KYBELLA products.

The role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication, and travel up to four days a week; a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 3+ years sales experience (B2B2C preferred).
• Experience with healthcare marketing concepts and physician practice operations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills; proven sales execution.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; negotiation experience; budgeting knowledge.
• Willingness to travel and be in the field four days a week.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Facial Aesthetics portfolio to assigned geographic area and drive sales via consultative selling.
• Provide technical product and procedure expertise and differentiate products.
• Coordinate with cross-portfolio teams and align with the U.S. Sales/Marketing plan.
• Comply with reporting, requests, and compliance policies.
