Sev Skin is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate in Maple Grove, MN. You’ll be the first and last point of contact, driving sales while delivering a polished client experience and guiding guests through services, memberships, and products.

Impeccable communication, a natural ability to connect with people, and weekend availability are essential. This role blends front-desk duties with sales goals in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on available treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting the clinic’s overall performance.
• Welcome clients and manage check-in/check-out and payments.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail.
• Answer calls, emails, and voicemails promptly and professionally.
• Maintain front-desk cleanliness and supplies.
• Assist with training and support for new team members.
