Job summary

SEV Laser, a leading aesthetics brand with 75+ locations nationwide, seeks a Front Desk Sales Associate in Maple Grove, MN. You will be the first and last contact, engaging clients, promoting services and memberships, and guiding purchases to meet individual goals.

This role combines sales with client experience, requiring energy, reliability, and strong communication in a fast-paced clinic. Weekend availability is required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Sales-driven approach with ability to upsell services.
• Excellent communication and active listening.
• Ability to multitask and handle payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and recommend services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on treatments, pricing, promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting clinic performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized service.
• Warmly welcome clients from arrival through departure.
• Manage check-in, check-out, and payment processing.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail.
• Answer calls, emails, and voicemails promptly and professionally.
• Address questions with care, urgency, and professionalism.
• Use SEV’s booking and client-management systems accurately.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-desk environment.
• Assist with transitional treatment-room cleaning.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs.
• Participate in service, systems, and sales training.
• Support new team members by modeling SEV’s service and selling standards.
• Assist with other clinic responsibilities as directed by leadership.
