Job summary

SEV SKIN in Virginia Beach, VA, is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced clinic and enjoys connecting with clients. You will drive sales of services, memberships, packages, and retail products, while delivering a polished front-desk experience from arrival to departure.

Weekend availability is required and you will use booking systems to manage appointments and payments. As the first and last point of contact, you will educate clients on treatments and promotions,

Responsibilities

• Promote SEV SKIN services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend appropriate services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on available treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting the clinic’s overall performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized and knowledgeable service.
• Warmly welcome clients and provide a polished experience from arrival through departure.
• Manage client check-in, check-out, and payment processing accurately.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail.
• Answer calls, emails, and voicemail messages promptly and professionally.
• Address client questions and concerns with care, urgency, and professionalism.
• Use SEV SKIN’s booking and client-management systems accurately and efficiently.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities according to established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming front-desk environment.
• Assist with transitional treatment-room cleaning when needed.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Participate in required service, systems, and sales training.
• Support new team members by modeling SEV SKIN’s service and selling standards.
• Assist with other clinic responsibilities as directed by operational or clinical leadership.
