Sono Bello is seeking a dynamic Consult Experience Specialist (CES) to be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish. This high-energy role thrives in a fast-paced aesthetic setting and supports Sales Consultants across consultations and administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences in a cosmetic surgery environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles, ideally in medical or aesthetics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and verify appointments to introduce the office.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey.
• Support Sales Consultants by facilitating consultations and handling administrative tasks.
• Schedule appointments, process payments, and prepare deposits for efficiency.
• Collaborate with team to identify patient success stories for online endorsements.
• Assist with patient inquiries and follow-ups pre- and post-operative.
• Prepare quotes and consent forms to support cross-selling of services.
