Job summary

Impressions Face and Body, a Vos Collection clinic in Chicago, seeks an experienced operations leader to drive all facets of the practice. You will partner with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure patient-centered care, brand standards, and compliant operations.

This role owns the P&L, leads budgeting, scheduling workflows, and performance management, and focuses on patient acquisition, retention, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Practice Management Systems (PMS) and EMR.
• Minimum of three years of progressive leadership experience in medical aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all practice operations for seamless, patient-centered experiences.
• Partners with clinical and operational leaders to ensure compliance and brand standards.
• Owns the practice’s P&L and drives revenue growth and profitability.
• Develops and executes strategies to drive patient acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
• Provides leadership to clinical and administrative teams, fostering engagement and excellence.
• Leads performance management, coaching, and career development.
• Analyzes financial and operational data to forecast performance and identify improvements.
• Oversees inventory and cost control to minimize waste and maintain stock levels.
• Collaborates with regional/corporate leadership on short- and long-term plans.
• Champions continuous improvement and ensures compliant, efficient operations.
