Job summary

CPP Clinics is seeking a highly motivated Practice Manager to oversee operations and sales across our medical spa network. Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team to drive growth and profitability while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

This full-time onsite role in Fairview Heights, IL, focuses on SOP implementation, scheduling, budgeting, marketing coordination, and ensuring HIPAA compliance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the office performance and implement policies.

• Coordinate scheduling, staff meetings, and daily huddles.
• Oversee billing, finances, cash management, and reconciliations.
• Ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance and office safety.
• Promote retail products and manage CRM leads and outreach.
