Job summary

Face Forward Aesthetics is seeking a Market Manager to drive the overall performance of its clinics in the Cleveland market. You will own revenue, labor productivity, and guest experience while partnering with clinical leadership to elevate operational excellence and patient care.

• Progressive leadership experience in healthcare or provider-led environments.
• Strong understanding of clinic operations, scheduling, and guest/patient journey.
• Ability to translate data into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record of improving business performance through operational leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own market and clinic revenue, profitability, labor productivity and expense management.
• Partner with providers and clinical leadership to improve productivity and clinic performance.
• Monitor capacity metrics: booked hours, utilization, show rate, consultation volume and conversion.
• Identify root causes of performance gaps and translate data into action plans.
• Ensure staffing, room readiness, equipment, supplies, and workflow align with treatments.
• Enforce clinical policies, procedures, safety standards, and documentation expectations.
• Lead, coach, and accountability for Front Desk Coordinators across the market.
• Optimize provider schedules and resources to maximize capacity while preserving guest experience.
