Job summary

Mia Aesthetics is seeking a Clinic Administrator to oversee patient care operations and staff engagement in our Texas clinic. You will design workflows, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and drive operational excellence to improve patient experience and clinic performance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Business Management or related field, 3+ years in administrative leadership in a clinic, BLS, and bilingual English/Spanish. knowledge of HIPAA/OSHA preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates strong customer service orientation and emotional intelligence.
• Knowledge of healthcare standards and medical terminology.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care operations and staff engagement across the clinic.
• Design and implement efficient clinic workflows and policies.
• Maintain records and ensure data retention and compliance with privacy standards.
• Monitor staffing schedules to meet operational needs and service levels.
• Coach, retrain and manage team members to align with performance expectations.
• Escalate emergencies to the Director, Clinical Operations as needed.
