Job summary

SkinSpirit is seeking a Clinic Manager in San Jose, CA to lead daily clinic operations, set the tone of the team, and drive growth while upholding our culture of care. You will partner with leadership to motivate staff and deliver outstanding client service.

The role requires 5+ years in medical/spa or luxury settings, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills. Expect a fast-paced schedule with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly desired; HS diploma/GED required.
• 5+ years in medical/spa, luxury retail, hospitality, or similar.
• Experience leading diverse teams and coaching to high performance.
• Positive attitude and growth mindset.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; active listening.
• Fluent computer and phone skills; knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new tech.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and direction for the clinic team, articulating priorities and generating enthusiasm for unified goals.
• Manage daily operations: workflow, schedules, client feedback, inventory, revenue, and admin duties.
• Maintain highest standards related to client service, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing and diverse team.
• Support staff development through 1:1s, coaching, and training.
• Improve systems, policies, and procedures to increase efficiency and service level.
• Additional duties as needed.
