Job summary

SkinSpirit in Millburn is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead our management-driven clinic team. You will set the tone, guide daily operations, optimize workflows, and ensure exceptional client experiences in line with our culture and values.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in medical/spa or luxury retail, a Bachelor's degree, and proven leadership skills. You will recruit, develop staff, and continuously improve systems to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma acceptable.
• 5+ years in medical/spa, luxury retail, hospitality, or similar.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and coach staff.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set clinic vision and priorities for the team.
• Manage daily clinic operations, schedules, inventory, and revenue.
• Ensure high standards for client service, safety and compliance.
• Recruit, retain, and develop a diverse team.
• Support staff development through coaching and training.
• Improve processes to boost efficiency and service quality.
