Job summary

SkinSpirit is seeking a Clinic Manager in Millburn, NJ to lead the clinic with our culture, drive daily operations, and ensure an exceptional client experience. You will guide the team, manage schedules, inventory, and performance, and partner with leadership to grow the business.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred), 5+ years in relevant industries, and a track record of developing staff and delivering top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly desired; HS Diploma/GED required.
• 5+ years in medical/spa, luxury retail, hospitality, or similar.
• Experience leading diverse teams and coaching.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and direction for the clinic team and drive enthusiasm toward goals.
• Manage all clinic operations, scheduling, client feedback, inventory, and revenue.
• Maintain highest standards of client service, safety and compliance.
• Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing, diverse team.
• Support staff development through coaching and development plans.
• Improve systems, policies, and procedures to increase efficiency.
