Job summary

SkinSpirit in Fort Worth is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, set team tone, and ensure exceptional client service aligned with our culture. You will partner with leadership to drive growth while maintaining high standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 5+ years in the medical/spa or luxury retail sectors, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage schedules, inventory, and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required.
5+ years of relevant experience in medical/spa, luxury retail, hospitality, or similar.
Experience leading, coaching, and developing diverse teams to high performance.
Positive attitude and growth mindset for employees.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong organizational skills; manage multiple tasks and adapt to changes.
Excellent written and verbal communication and active listening.
Proficient with computers and phones; knowledge of MS Office; quick to learn new tech.

Responsibilities

Set the vision and direction for the clinic team and unified goals.
Manage daily clinic operations: workflow, scheduling, client feedback, inventory, revenue, admin.
Ensure highest standards of client service, safety and compliance.
Recruit, retain, and develop a diverse, high-performing team.
Support staff development through 1:1s, development plans, coaching and training.
Improve systems, policies, and procedures to boost efficiency and service.
Additional duties and tasks as needed.
