The ideal candidate leads teams, uses data to guide decisions, and fosters continuous improvement while ensuring a high-quality patient journey in a demanding aesthetic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in medical aesthetics, luxury retail, or high-end customer service.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of KPI management, financial literacy (P&L), business operations, and performance improvement.
• Strong computer and technical literacy skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Own location performance, including revenue growth, patient retention, and operational excellence.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies that drive patient acquisition, retention, and long-term growth.
• Utilize reporting and business data to guide decision-making and improve performance.
• Implement best practices and process improvements that enhance efficiency and results.
• Partner with marketing, the Regional Manager, and Managing Partner to execute strategic initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop all team members within the practice.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development.
• Conduct regular coaching conversations and performance reviews.
• Develop future leaders and build a strong, engaged team.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the location team and senior leadership.
• Champion an exceptional patient experience from inquiry through retention.
• Manage escalated patient concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor patient feedback and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
