Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics is seeking a Clinical Educator to lead on-site AMI training at our training centers in Austin. You will conduct anatomy labs, deliver clinical education, and partner with leadership to ensure compliant training programs.

The role requires a licensed clinician (NP/PA/RN) with 3–5 years of facial injectables experience and 2+ years in clinical education. Travel up to 50% and collaboration across departments are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Current, unencumbered NP/PA/RN license; CA/GA/TX licensure preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience with facial injectables.
• Minimum of 2 years of cannula experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in a clinical education role.
• Ability to deliver educational presentations to customers, peers, and prospects with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Execute AMI training strategies for facial training sessions.
• Deliver presentations and clinical training during training programs.
• Assess and optimize clinical workflows to improve efficiency.
• Travel to support clinical HCP educational engagement training programs.
• Collaborate with leadership to monitor and report clinical activities with AMI centers.
• Provide feedback to AMI Curricula team to expand reach and effectiveness.
• Participate in ongoing job-related clinical training such as anatomy labs.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, EH&S, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance.
• Promote a safety-conscious work environment and maintain good housekeeping.
• Assist with development of clinical content for training curricula.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
