Responsibilities

• Operate 3- to 5-axis CNC machines and conventional mills and lathes to produce aerospace parts.
• Design, manufacture and validate tooling for production needs.
• Mentor junior machinists and provide area leadership.
• Program CNC equipment using CAM software and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Maintain safety and lean manufacturing practices on the shop floor.
