Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Wax Assembly Operator to clean, prepare, and assemble wax patterns and related components used in aerospace parts manufacturing. You will follow engineering specifications, standard work, and customer requirements to ensure quality and on-time production.

Qualifications

• Clear communication in English; able to read and understand work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Good hand dexterity for detailed assembly work.
• Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare wax patterns and core components prior to assembly.
• Remove defects using approved tools and methods.
• Inspect wax patterns to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Assemble wax patterns, gating, sprues, bleeders, pour cups, ceramic cores, and other mold components.
• Use hot irons, water welders, scalpels, adhesives, and other tools as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and complete required paperwork.
