Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Wax Assembly Operator to clean, prepare, and assemble wax patterns and related components used in aerospace parts manufacturing. The role follows engineering specifications and customer requirements to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time production.

Shift is 3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, with a $3.00 shift differential. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to read and follow engineering drawings and instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clear English communication (spoken and written).
• 3+ months in manufacturing, assembly, inspection, or related work preferred.
• Prior aerospace/manufacturing/precision assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow engineering drawings/procedures/safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare wax patterns and core components prior to assembly.
• Identify and remove defects using approved tools and methods.
• Inspect wax patterns to ensure quality before assembly.
• Read and follow engineering drawings, practices, and work instructions.
• Assemble wax patterns and mold components as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
